The following photographs were shot during a 2005 gig at Via Della Pace by Ken Schles, who has created album covers for Jimmy Scott, Cypress Hill, Alicia Keys, Green Day, and Rod Stewart. Ken’s books include the now-legendary Invisible City (1988), an intimate and harrowing odyssey through a troubled Manhattan that The New Yorker has called “hellishly brilliant.”
